Oak Ridge Cemetery

This active cemetery located in the Town of Eagle, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, was established about 1869. It is administered by the Oak Ridge Cemetery Association which was established in 1884. It is believed that a group of women of the village went door-to-door to collect enough money to buy a piece of land to be used for a cemetery. Land was purchased from the estate of Thomas W. Pittman, who died in 1882.
