Jindra, age 91, of 1936 31st St., Two Rivers, died Tuesday, June 7, 1994, at the Two Rivers Community Hospital. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 10, 1994, at Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. Rev. Philip Henning will officiate with burial to follow in the Mishicot Public Cemetery. Reuben was born August 18, 1902, in Mishicot, son of the late George and Mary Lenhardt Jindra. After graduating from Mishicot High School he served in the United States Army during World War II. He was employed at the Crescent Woolen Mills from 1945 until his retirement in 1967. On May 2, 1946, he married the former Blanche Fallada at St. Peter's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Mishicot. Survivors include his wife, Blanche; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lynn and Don Gadzinski, Manitowoc, Wendy and Gene Mauzy, Green Mountain Falls, Colo.; two grandchildren, Andrea Gadzinski and Alee Trainor, both of Madison. Besides his parents he was preceeded in death by three sisters and five brothers. Friends may call at Our Savior Lutheran Church after 9 a.m. on Friday until the time of service. Memorials may be made to Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church. The Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers, assisted the family with arrangements. Rueben was a loving husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend who was much loved. He will be sadly missed. Herald Times Reporter, June 9, 1994 P. A2.
