Anton Zeman, 66, of Rt. 1 Mishicot, died unexpectedly Saturday afternoon at Memorial Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. B.C. Gumz will officiate and burial will be in the Knollwood Gardens, Town of Kossuth.
Mr. Zeman was born July 3, 1903, in the Town of Kossuth, son of the late Adolph and Anna Skarivoda Zeman. July 4, 1928, he married Elsie M. Jonas at Milwaukee, where they lived for a year, then moved to Manitowoc. Mr. Zeman was an insurance agent with Kossuth Insurance Co., then was employed at Hamann Construction Co., Manitowoc, and at the Manitowoc Shipbuilding Inc. The past 18 years he has been engaged in farming on Rt. 1, Mishicot. Mr. Zeman was a member of the Z.C.B.J. Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, John, of Milwaukee; a daughter, Mrs. Roger (Janet) Harpt, of Grafton; a brother, Joseph, of Kossuth, two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Wenzel of Brillion and Mrs. Louis Sedlachek of the town of Gibson; and two granddaughters. Two sisters and a brother preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home, Manitowoc, until 12:30 p.m. Tuesday and then at the church until the time of services.

The thoughtfulness and kindness of our relatives, friends and neighbors have been deeply appreciated and we are extending our most grateful thanks to all of you who have so kindly aided us in our recent bereavement, the loss of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, Mr. Anton Zeman. Special thanks to the Rev. B.C.Gumz, organist of the Reedemer Lutheran Church, pallbearers, ZCBJ Lodge, those that gave memorials, wreaths, flowers, food, the donors of cars, the ladies that helped prepare and serve the luncheon and any others who aided us in anyway.
