Henry J. Jonas
Henry John Jonas, 67, Town of Marathon, died last night at 11:25 o'clcok in a local hospital. Funeral service will be Thursday morning at 10 o'clock in th Helke Funeral Home and that afternoon at 2 o'clock in Trinity Lutheran Church, with the Rev. E.H. Bertermann officiating. Interment will follow in REstlawn Memorial Park. The body will be taken to the church after the morning service.
A native of Wisconsin, Mr. Jonas was born October 15, 1888, in Two Creeks, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Jonas. He was married Oct. 21, 1914, in the Town of Carlton, Kewaunee county, to Miss Louise Dabbert, who survives. A cheesemaker and farmer, he was treasurer and a trustee of Bethlehem Lutheran Chuch in the Town of Rib Mountain for many years.
Besides the widow, survivors are two sons, Maurice Jonas, Town of Rib Mountain, and Howard Jonas, Town of Marathon; a daughter, Mrs. Henrietta Kolbe, Hollywood, Fla.; two brothers, Fred Jonas, Two Creeks, and Walter Jonas, Chicago; two sister, Mrs. Louise Raper, Chicago, and Mrs. Minnie Tess, Sturgeon Bay, and five grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Henry J. Jonas, 67, Town of Marathon, who died Monday, were held this morning in the Helke Funeral HOme and this afternoon in Trinity Lutheran Church. The Rev. E. H.
