  	In Probate-Manitowoc co. Court- In the matter of the guardianship of Anton Greil, a minor, ON reading and filing the petition of Anton Greil of the town of Kossuth, in the County of Manitouwoc representing among other things, that he is a minor over the age of forteen years, to wit, of the age of fifteen years and upwards. That his father Anton Greil, late of said County, died on the 15th day of April last, leaving by will said petitioner a large amount of personal estate, and praying that Francis Weber, of the town of Kossuth, in said County, be appointed his guardian, to take possession of said personal estate, have the custody and tuition of said petitioner, and the care and management of his estate, during his minority. It is ordered that the said petition be heard before the Judge of this Court, at his office in the village of Manitowoc in said County, On Monday, the 5th day of February, a.D. 1855, at 10 o'clock A.M. of that day. And it further ordered, that public notice thereof be given to all persons interested, by publishing a copy of this order for three weeks successively prior to said day of hearing, in Manitowoc Herald a weekly newspaper published at the village of Manitowoc, in said county of Manitowoc and State of Wisconsin.
