Birth:
In the 1855 Wisconsin State Census is listed Wenzel Tuma.
We have no evidence this man is name Wenzel other than that he was head of household. The next Wenzel that we know of would have been just 18 years old. He had immigrated in the 40s, therefore his parents likely traveled with him

In his house were 3 males, 2 females.
5 were foreign born.

We assume this was Wenzel and his wife.
Wenzel the son and Anna the daughter.
We do not know who the 5th person was.

Frank did not appear on the 1860 census.

Frank married TESARIK, Mary. Mary was born about 1815 in Czech Republic; died in Jun 1875 in Cooperstown, Manitowoc, Wisconsin, United States. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

On Anna Tuma's marriage certificate it states no father, and mother as "Widow Tuma"

There is a Mary Thome living with a Wenzel Thome in the 1860 census. Mary could be his mother.

There was a Christine Toma living with the William and Ida Honey family in Gibson Township in 1870. Page 25, Line 3, dwelling 167, family no. 174 She was 74 years old and born in New York. On the next line we find Tomas Toma age 9, born in Wisconsin
