    A Manitowoc couple, Mr. and Mrs. Arnold R. Jindra, 908 Hancock St., are ma rried 50 years this Wednesday. The Jindras will celebrate with a family d inner Saturday at Kubsch's Country Inn, Kellnersville.

    Mrs. Jindra, the former Anita Hablewitz, was born Oct. 20, 1904, at Manitwoc Rapids. Her husband was born Oct. 1, 1901, at Manitowoc. He also lived at Kingsbridge. The couple was married Feb. 7, 1923, at Waukegan, Ill. They have lived at Manitowoc since their marriage.

    Mr. and Mrs. Jindra have a daughter, Mrs. Joseph (Betty Jane) Jarosh, Manitowoc, three grandchildren and one great grandchild.

    Jindra was employed for 45 years at Mirro Aluminum Co. Manitowoc.

    The honored couple are members of Eagles Aerie 706 and enjiy (sic) playng cards as a hobby.

    Mrs. Marie Jindra, 89, of 1931 S. 17th St., Manitowoc, died Tuesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
    Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. at Pfeffer Funeral Home and at 10 a.m. at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Mart in Fox will officiate and burial will be in Mishicot Public Cemetery.
    Mrs. Jindra, nee Marie Ginzel, was born Nov. 3, 1880, in Bohemia, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ginzel. She came to this count ry as a young girl with her parents, setting in the Town of Gibson. She was married to John F. Jindra, Sr. Feb. 9, 1900 at Manitowoc. They owned and operated a farm in Shoto, retiring in 1959, and moving to Manitowoc. M r. Jindra preceded her in death Jan. 27, 1962.
    Survivors include a son, Arnold, of Manitowoc, a sister, Mrs. Rose Jens, of Manitowoc, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Two sons, Lester and John preceded her in death.
    Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 o'clock this Wednesday afternoon where a memorial service will be at 7:30 o'clock this Wednesday evening.

    From notes of Lillian Tuma Radey (granddaughter of deceased) George died at age 59. He was killed in an accident, the horses ran away and he was thrown off the wagon and pinned between the wagon pole and fence.

    Obit:
    George Jindra of the town of Mishicott was killed on Friday last near Kings Bridge while on his way home from the city. The team evidently had run away as they were found near a fence with the wagon pole out of the neck yoke. Jindra has fallen forward and his head was literally pounded to a pulp by the blows of the wheel spokes.

    Jos. Ginzel(sic), 84 Dies at Home of Daughter
    Joseph Ginzel, aged 84 years, one of the early farmers of the county and who, while a resident of Gibson, attained distinction as a musician, passed away this morning at the home of his daughter Mrs. John Yindra (sic) 917 North Sixth street, with whom he has been making his home since removing to the city some fourteen years ago.He was in failing health for the past two or three weeks. Burial will take place on Friday afternoon at two o'clock from the Yindra home with interment at Mishicot cemetery.Mr. Ginzel was born in Bohemia and spent his early life there. He was married to Elizabeth Skramsky, and they removed to this country 43 years ago and settled in tho town of Gibson, where the deceased established a farm. His wife passed away sixteen years ago and two years later he moved to this city to live a retired life at the home of his daughter.     Mrs. Joe. Ginzl, a pioneer resident of Gibson, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Jindra Friday, Feb. 19. Death came at an advanced age due to general decline. The deceased is survived by a husband, three sons—Joe of Merrill, Emil of Milwaukee and Jim of Manitowoc—and three daughters—two of Manitowoc and one of Kings Bridge.
