757 | St. Peters - 60th Anniversary St. Peter's Lutheran Congregation is ready to show its gratitude to its Lord and Savior next Sunday, Oct. 9th, when it commemorates its 60th anniversary in three public services. Directory J. Ph. Koehler of Lutheran Theological Seminary, Wauwatosa, and the Rev. John Brenner of St. Johns, Milwaukee, will deliver the sermons based on biblical truths as clearly confessed by the Lutheran Church the world over. Services in German Language will be in forenoon and afternoon, beginning at 10 o'clock and 2:30 respectively. The Lutheran congregations of Rockwood, Gibson, Two Creeks, and Two Rivers have been invited to attend. The mixed choir of Manitowoc German Lutheran Church under the leadership of Prof. Serrahn will sing appropriate songs in all services. The ladies of St. Peter's Congregation will serve dinner to all invited guests free of charge.
