  	JOHANN WULF (First publication June 14, 1888.) No. 35 STATE OF WISCONSIN,-COUNTY COURT FOR MANITOWOC COUNTY. In Probate. In the matter of the proof and probate of the last will and testament of John Wulf, deceased, late of the county of Manitowoc. Whereas, an insturment in writing, purporting to be the last will and testament of John Wulf, deceased, late of the county of Manitowoc, has been filed in this court; and whereas application has been made by August Stehn, of said county, who is named in said will as the executor thereof, praying that the same be proven and admitted to probate according to the laws of this state, and that letters testamentary be issued thereon as provided by law: Therefore, it is ordered that said application be heard by said court at a special term thereof to be held at the probate office in the city of Manitowoc, in said county, on Tuesday the 10th day of July, A.D., 1888, at ten o'clock, A.M., of that day. And it is further ordered, that notice shall be given to all persons interested in said will, of the time and place of said hearing, by publication of a copy of this order in the Manitowoc Pilot, a weekly newspaper printed and published at said county, for three successive weeks, once each week, prior to the time of such hearing.
