Last Saturday many here attended the funeral of the late James Chaloupka who died at his home in the vicinity of Larrabee, at the age of 23 years. Although his death was expected it was a great blow to his family and friends for he ws well liked by all. He is survived by his father and two sisters. Interment took place at the Melnik Presbyterian cemetery. The funeral was largely attended. We sympathize with the affected family in their sad bereavement.
