  From the Manitowoc Herald Times Mar. 16, 2001 Evelyn M. Chaloupka Evelyn M. Chaloupka, age 77, a resident of 3507 Menasha Ave., Manitowoc, d ied Wednesday, March 14, 2001, at her residence. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Gerald Fol ey at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc, on Saturday, March 17, 20 01, at 12 noon. Entombment will be at Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth . Evelyn was born August 30, 1923, in the town of Kossuth, Wis., daught er of the late Louis and Susan Fogeltanz Remiker, Sr. On October 16, 194 5, she married Norbert Chaloupka, in Francis Creek. She was a member of Ho ly Innocents Catholic Church and a past member of the Holy Innocents Chris tian Women. Survivors include her husband, Norbert; three children, Gary (Linda) Cha loupka, Two Rivers, Gregg (Chris) Chaloupka, Gail (Russ) Buretta, all of M anitowoc; six grandchildren, Cory, Kevin, Mark Chaloupka, Michelle, Micha el and Matthew Buretta; a sister, Delores (Edward) Yohnek, Manitowoc; al so nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preced ed in death by her parents, an infant daughter, Nancy and two brothers. Friends may call at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Saturday, from 10 a. m. until the time of mass at 12 noon. The Harrigan Parkside Funeral Home assisted the Chaloupka family with fu neral arrangements. Evelyn's family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Ter ry Gueldner, Dr. Lynn Baatz, the staff of the Cancer Care Unit at Holy Fam ily Memorial Medical Center and the staff of the Holy Family Hospice progr am.
