  	Tuma John Tuma, 84, retired Manitowoc County farmer and former school board member, died Sunday evening at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where he had been a patient a day and a half. He had been residing with a son. Ervin Tuma; on Rt 1, Cato. Funeral services will be at 8 p. m. Tuesday at the Mittnacht Funeral Home. Manitowoc. The Rev A. C. Fischer will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc. Mr. Tuma was born on Good Friday in 1861 in the Town of Cooperstown, son of the late Wenzel and Anna Kohout Tuma. he married the former Mary Schuster at Kellnersville on Nov. 10, 1891, and the couple moved to the Tuma farm which they operated until 1930. They moved to Maribel, residing there for three years, and then established residence at Manitowoc. Mrs. Tuma died in 1950. For many years Mr. Tuma served on the Greenstreet School Board. Since the death of this wife Mr. Tuma lived alternately with a son, Ervin, and a daughter, Mrs. George Blesener of Wisconsin Rapids. They survive along with another daughter, Miss Otelia Tuma of Chicago, and two grandchildren.
