  The probate file is a thick one and most of the documents are hard to read but I did find what you suspected---Baby Anna died Sept. 30, 1870 and not the mother. Several documents mentioned Anna Rady. I found a paper that listed the Guardians as Wencel Chloupek, #1 and Anna Wanish, #2 for the child. The child was the heir of Wenzel Wanish's estate which consisted of land which was sold for $558.00 and personal property of farm equipment, 2 cows, 2 horses and harness, 2 calves,. I wonder if that is why a guardian was appointed--because a child was the heir of an estate. There were no death records of Wenzel or Baby Anna at the Register of Deeds. On baby Anna's birth info, Herlik is plain as day.
