- Justin Sporleder Services for Justin Sporleder, 24, Nixa, Mo., were Oct. 5 at Campbell Unit ed Methodist Church in Springfield, Mo. Burial was in Hazelwood Cemeter y. Springfield, MO News Leader Justin Richard Sporleder, age 24, of Nixa, died suddenly in his home Frida y, Oct. 1, 2004. He was born Dec. 18, 1979, in Norfolk, Neb. He attended N ixa High School and was active in sports. Justin was looking forward to be coming a special education teacher following graduation from SMSU. He a nd his family were faithful members of Campbell United Methodist Chur ch in Springfield. Justin was a loving husband to Cathy and wonderful fath er to his children. Survivors include his wife, Cathy (Hansen) Sporlede r; two children, five-year-old daughter Adeline Rae, and four-week-old s on Gage Thomas; his parents, Richard and Margaret (Liebsack) Sporleder, Ni xa; two sisters, Susan Sporleder, Bell Port Long Island, N.Y., and Aman da DeRosa and her husband Frank, Largo, Fla.; four nephews, Chance and Dil an, and Bleys and Barak; Cathy's parents, Tammy and Max Campos, Nixa, a nd Brian and Cindy Hansen, Grimes, Iowa; Cathy's grandmothers, Jean Shar p, Nixa, and Alberta Hansen, Des Moines, Iowa; other relatives; and many f riends. Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 5, in Campbe ll United Methodist Church, Springfield, with Pastor Bruce Davis officiati ng. Burial will follow in Hazelwood Cemetery. Visitation will be fr om 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in Adams Funeral Home, Nixa. Memorial contributio ns may be made for the future benefit of Justin's two children.
