  	Pioneer of County Dies at Manitowoc Mrs. Richard Soenksen, 76, Was Lifelong Resident of County Manitowoc (Special) - Mrs. Richard Soenksen, 76, lifelong resident of the county and city, died last night at the home, 728 North 12th street. She suffered a stroke two weeks ago and has failed rapidly since. Funeral services will be held from the First Reformed church Thursday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery. Mrs. Soenksen was born in Branch in 1860. Her maiden name was Louisa Kunz. She was married to Richard Soenksen, a miller in 1881. Later they located in this city, where Mr. Soenksen was employed at the Seating company plant. In recent years the couple lived a retired life. Survivors are the widower; two sisters, Mrs. William Bruenig and Mrs. August Specht, both of Mishicot; two brothers, Alterman Charles Kunz and Florian Kunz, both of this city.
