  	Frank Wanish, Sr., 91, lifelong resident of Cooperstown, died Saturday night at his home in Maribel, following a two week illness. Funeral services will be held at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday at the Saur funeral home, Kellnersville and at 9:30 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Kellnersville. The Rev. Frank Svatek will officiate and burial will be in the Greenstreet cemetery. Mr. Wanish was born in Cooperstown in 1859 and in 1888 married Miss Pauline Kunz. They operated a farm at Rosecrans until 1923 when they retired and moved to Maribel. The couple observed its 60th wedding anniversary two years ago. For many years Mr. Wanish serviced as an officer to the school board of Rosecrans and he was a member of the ZCBJ Lodge of that place. Survivors are his wife, two sons, Frank of Maribel and John of Milwaukee; five daughters, Mrs. John Petska of this city, Mrs. Ann Bartelme and Mrs. Joseph Petska of Milwaukee; Mrs. Joseph Weber of Kellnersville and Mrs. Quirin Weber of Maribel; brother, Joseph of Racine; 19 grandchildren and a great grandchild.
