  	Frank Kohlbeck, Sr., 84 years of age, died last night, October 13th from infirmities due to old age. He was born in Austria Germany on February 22, 1845 and came to this country when he was 20 years old and settled on a farm in Manitowoc county and later in the Town of Cato, where he lived until his death. In 1873 he was married to Margaret Ripp who survives him. There were nine children born, 8 of whom are living; they are Anton and Frank of Clarks Mills, Mrs. Ed. Brunner of Cato, Mrs. Charles Denk and George of Franklin, Louis and John of Whitelaw and Ferdinand at home. One son, Joseph Kohlbeck, preceded him in death one year ago. In spite of his advanced age he was active up to the time of his death. He was a member of the Catholic Knights of Clarks Mills. The funeral will be held Monday morning at St. Mary's Church at Clarks Mills at 9:30 o'clock; Father Khail officiating. Manitowoc Times, Saturday, October 13, 1928, Page 2
