Mrs. Lawrence (Frances M.) Grall, 76, died unexpectedly late Tuesday evening, Jan. 6, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc. The Rev. Leo J. Schmitt will officiate and entombment will be in Knollwood Mausoleum, Town of Kossuth.
MRs. Grall was born May 15, 1904, in the Township of Cato, Manitowoc County, daughter of the late Anton and Clara Vogel Kohlbeck. She grew up in the Township of Cato and attended St. Mary Catholic School, Clarks Mills, moving to Manitowoc in 1929 and residing here since. She was married to Lawrence A. Grall Aug. 16, 1928, at St. Mary Catholic Church, Clarks Mills. She was a member of Holy Innocents Catholic Church and Holy Innocents Altar and Rosary Society.
Survivors include her husband, Lawrence; a son, Robert Grall of Manitowoc; two daughters, Mrs. Harry (Dolores) Kubsch of Cato and Mrs. Ellery (JoAnn) Riha of Houston, Texas; a brother Robert Kohlbeck of Clarks Mills; a sister, Mrs. Leonard (Marie) Alfson of Clarks Mills, 17 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, a grandson, a great granddaughter, two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday where a parish prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. by Deacon Paul Kiefer.

Grall, 76, of 1328 N. 9th St., Manitowoc, who died unexpectedly late Tuesday evening, Jan. 6, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at Urbanek and Schlei Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at Holy Innocents Catholic Church, Manitowoc.
