- FRANK GRALL (d. 1981)
Frank R. Grall, 74, of Whielaw, died Wednesday afternoon, December 2, at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Saur Funeral Home, Kellnersville and 11 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, Whitelaw. The Rev. Richard H. Heymen will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mr. Grall was born April 5, 1907, in the Town of Cato, son of the late Ignatz and Lena Meyer Grall. He married Emily Hill Nov. 24, 1937 at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Maple Grove. The couple resided in Whitelaw. Mr. Grall was employed with Manitowoc Engineering Company, retiring in 1972. He was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Michael Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert and Darlene Grall of Whitelaw and Marvin and Karen Grall of Reedsville; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Anton Grall of Manitowoc, Alfred and Marcella Grall of Whitelaw and Mrs. Catherine Grall of Manitowoc, a sister, Sister M. Mathias of St. Louis, Missouri and six grandchildren, Janet, Jennifer, Julie, Jason, Tim and Stacie Grall. An infant son, an infant daughter, three brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
Friends may call at Saur Funeral Home 4 o’clock to 9 o’clock this Thursday afternoon and Friday until the time of service. A rosary service will be 7:30 o’clock Thursday evening by Father Heymen and the Holy Name Society.
