    Frank Jindra, who will be 90, was born at Kossuth, Aug. 10, 1872. He moved to Shady Lane April 10, 1958. He was a farmer all his life. He has many squirrel pets and may be seen outside each day feeding them.

    FRANK JINDRA, Deceased.

    A petition having been filed, filed, representing that Frank Jindra, late of the City of Manitowoc, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, died testate, and Praying that the Last Will and Testament of deceased dated August 24th, 1957 be admitted to probate, and that Letters Testamentary (or, of Administration with the will annexed)
    be granted, and for determination and adjudication of heir ship;

    IT IS ORDERED:
    That said petition be heard,at a term of Court at the Court House in the City of Manitowoc, County of Manitowoc, State of Wisconsin, commencing on the 7th day of July, 1964, at the opening of court on that day or as soon thereafter as said petition can be heard.

    that the time within which creditors of the deceased shall present claims against such estate for examination and allowance is hereby fixed and limited up to and including the 14th day of September 1964.

    That all claims against the deceased be examined and adjusted by the Court on the 15th day of September, 1964, at the opening of Court on that day, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be
    heard.

    Frank Jindra, 91 a resident seven years at Shady Lane Home, Manitowoc, died early Wednesday morning at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where he had been removed the day before.

    Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Pfeffer Funeral Home, Manitowoc. The Rev. Donald Feller will officiate and burial will be in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Mishicot, Mishicot.

    Mr. Jindra was born Aug. 10, 1872, in the Town of Kossuth, son of the late George and Mary Jindra. He farmed in the Town of Mishicot, residing at Kingsbridge before moving to Shady Lane Home. He never married.

    Surviving are nieces and nephews. Four sisters and five brothers preceded him in death.

    Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m.
